On behalf of the High Prairie Fish & Game Association we would like to invite you to our Annual Gun & Sportsman Show, including RV’s, boats and ATVs and more.
We are anticipating a great show with all of the economic development in the High Prairie area. Recently, TOLKO announced that they were reopening the High Prairie plant with 170 new jobs, a brand new hospital is located in the community and West Fraser has just completed a major expansion. The High Prairie Fish and Game Association is very excited about the renewed economic prospects in our area.
Tables have been reserved for last year’s exhibitors until February 15, 2018. After this time they will be allocated to new exhibitors. You are encouraged to return the enclosed registration forms prior to this date as tables will be allocated to new exhibitors on earliest post marked registrations. The Gun Show will be located in the New Gordon Buchanan Recreational Centre, Curling Rink and Sports Palace, ½ block north of Highway 2. The Supper and Silent Auction will be at the Edmo Peyre Elks Rodeo Hall, Saturday night April 21.
Last year’s show had over 4000 attendees to the show. We will be selling 325 tickets to the Supper this year so if you will be donating to the silent auction please make a note of the merchandise on the Sponsor Form.
As with last year, we are taking the same aggressive advertising campaign throughout the Peace country, including northern Alberta’s newspapers and radio. This is maintaining our consistent effort to increase public awareness of this annual event. Signage will be in many community’s through-out the north.
