Event Overview

The High Prairie Fish and Game Association is proud to host the 23rd Annual Gun, Sportsman Show with Artisan Market. This anticipated event will take place across three key facilities, each selected to best accommodate the diverse range of vendors and attendees.

Facilities and Vendor Allocation

Vendors offering firearms and related products will be in the Gordon Buchanan Centre. Sporting goods vendors will set up in the Sports Palace, providing ample space for product displays and customer interaction. The Artisan Market, highlighting home-based businesses and a variety of handcrafted goods, will be held at the High Prairie Curling Rink. This allocation is designed to promote an organized and enjoyable experience for all participants.

Vendor Registration

Returning vendors need to send the enclosed registration form before March 1, 2026. Tables are booked on a first come, first served basis for returning vendors. Both payment and the registration form must be submitted together to secure your spot.

Registration includes two complimentary wristbands, granting access to the Exhibitor’s Lounge for meals and refreshments.

How to Register as a New Vendor

Contact the show organizers prior to registering or sending payment to confirm space availability.
Registration for new vendors opens after March 1, 2026.
Complete the registration form and ensure payment accompanies your submission.

Supper and Silent Auction

The Supper and Silent Auction will take place at the Edmo Peyre Elks Rodeo Hall on Saturday, April 18, 2026. Vendors donating items to the silent auction are asked to list the merchandise on the Sponsor Form.
